What is the Prefab House?

图片
Prefab  house  is short for prefabricated  house, which use prefabricated part as major components. These concrete unit is produced through design, mould making, forming, baking, ex-factory assembly and linking. The notion of  “ Prefabricated concrete structure ”  is relative to the cast-in-place concrete structure which is now in common use. In other words, prefabricated concrete structure can make the ways of house construction become similar to building blocks.  Concrete or steel components, including beams, slabs, columns, walls, etc, is prefabricated in the factory, and then transported to the site for hoisting and stitching, thus completing the construction of a building. The overall safety level, fire resistance and durability can be improved by this kind of construction method.     Benefits and Advantages of Prefabricated Building: Prefabricated construction methods can enhance construction quality, speed up construction progress an...

Advantages of Structural Steel Structures

图片
Today, practically all industries have major applications of  structural steel . From industry equipment to finished products, structural steel is used everywhere. Buildings, bridges, high-rise buildings and warehouses are made using structural steel sections. Industry experts prefer the use of structural steel over any other building material for construction. This is mainly because of the innumerable benefits structural steel provides. But as everything else in the world, there are certain downsides of using structural steel in building structures. Here we are going to focus on the advantages of structural steel structures. 1. Steel is tensile. It has a high strength to weight ratio which means it has high strength per unit mass. So no matter how large the overall structure is, the steel sections will be small and lightweight, unlike other building materials. 2. Steel can be easily fabricated and produced massively. Steel sections can be produced off-site at shop floors and then...
